Winning Ticket

I won the raffle at the Olympia Film Society while out to a movie with my friend Sue. We were watching a movie that I can't remember the name to (kind of bad with names) but it was a little depressing of a movie.

Any hooo ---- I finally won the raffle, which they hold before each showing (granted there were only five of us in the audience) but whose counting? It was good for a discount ($2.50) at a local used book store.

I redeemed the ticket a few days ago and got a book by Dan Brown, "Deception Point" -- I didn't even know he had another book. I'm almost done with it. It is a bit slower than his other three but picks up after you get through all the technical stuff.

Can't wait for his next book - whatever it will be.
